Santa was not good for the motorcycle industry in 2009. A weak economy, layoffs of the company, a merger of housing-down, freezing of credit, higher costs of manufacture and an increasingly discriminating consumer to boot.As Harley-Davidson executives think about what happens this year, I I can't help but think that there are some important things in their desires to Santa.Por lists that I have taken a scientist guess (parodies alert!) of what some of the top of the executives H want for Christmas:
Keith Wandell, CEO, Harley-Davidson: I got the job Pamela's head with the manufacture of most emblematic motorcycle industry in history, which has a cult, providers face themselves to copy what we have done and I was not even a motorcycle rider. I can not think nothing else to ask.Oh wait, all those stimulus funds Government - listen up to Santa, led to the White House two times for the cena.No I have been good enough? Please let the spinner in my draft land.
Mark-Hans Richer, Mr. VP & Director of marketing: what the ho?, Santa please send Tiger Woods! as the leader of the main authority worldwide marketing brand, our team of marketers of hoo - has cutting edge developed a new strategy with Tiger as spokesperson! Set in an appeal to the outlaw in every man. We plan to dump this campaign "ridiculous" for the "night of the Tiger" … complete with a unique scheme... Elin ghost flame paint
Bill Davidson, VP Marketing of core customer: Santa please be 2010 year to H in professional Motorsports. Nothing but wins - in the dirt or drag NHRA pro - everything that is said in my shirt. Wait, you also can help people forget that failed trigger Anne Paluso. Our plan is to actually go racing - go "scream machine" or something similar.
John Olin, CFO: sales of motorcycles!Santa is not my fault. Please let me milk this "new in my work" by only a time more long. what to expect?Miracles in the Juneau Avenue! Do whatever you've been here less time as Keith? I'm a motorcycle rider. And my calculator is newer than the Lawrence!
Matthew Levatich, President & Director: Santa contact in the Department of transportation in Wisconsin to approve and acknowledge my heroic role to achieve that special commemoration of Harley-Davidson on political bureaucracy as the official motorcycle of State license plate.Yep, 2010 is shaping be a review of good performance! memo to Enrico... the bottle of Chianti ready you!
Lawrence Hund, President & Director of H finances: a new edition Platinum C 12 HP Calculator. The minus in my last button work to quit smoking.
Why Gail Lione, EVP & General Counsel: Santa please let know us who is behind this NWHOG? Please send this e-mail address macrant. We have an important legal document that we serve to send gift through the Blog of Harley Northwest.
Paul James's spokesperson, Harley-Davidson Company: Please allow me to graduate class called training "If sleep is big enough, not imported facts" - a.k.a. Mohammed Saeed al - Sahhaf College of bubbling optimism to distract the media, and bloggers with superfluous BS by what they ignore our fundamental problems.
What James McCaslin, EVP corporate product planning: Santa get me a copy of the information industry Keith?I have never heard of the "what vendors face everything with them what we have done to copy?"Remember that a blogger in the 105 anniversary trying to take a picture of a plant tour and we ran to boot right out of the building before that he was able to take photos of the lunch room.
Karl Eberle, Mr. VP Manufacturing: do go Indian lejos.Estamos tired of being embarrassed in our own backyard, when it is American cruise and we do not want that company boast about its superior performance already.
Enrico D'Onofrio, CEO - MV Augusta: I already got what she wanted.Thank you for the early Christmas present H!Notification of sale surprised Wall Street... as you say in your home land… my Golden shute is incalculable.Todo this speaks of motorcycles when the Supreme grape reigns here in the area of Tuscany... Please pass the Chianti.
Jon r. Flickinger, President & COO of Buell: work! also can download some of those dusty Buell store? my bonus output is on the line.
Thank you for your number of readers in this last year you may not have agreed with what had to say at times, but did, however, for some animated discusiones.Feliz Christmas, happy holidays and best wishes to you in 2010.

Walter Hill's updated (1984), highly stylized take on biker movies still looks like a determinedly eccentric project that happens to work at times, but not at others. Michael Paré plays a biker who agrees to rescue his ex-girlfriend (a rocker played by Diane Lane) from kidnappers (led by Willem Dafoe). The ensuing battle against a nocturnal background of industrial blight, chrome, and loud music is like some fever dream of a Springsteen fan who listened to the song "Born to Run" far too often. The audacity of the film carries it a long way even after it becomes clear that Hill's experiment is crumbling under its own weight. Dafoe, who looked even spookier back then than he does now, is memorable, as are Amy Madigan and Rick Moranis. Music is by Ry Cooder, with an appearance by the Blasters. The DVD release has a widescreen presentation, optional French soundtrack, optional Spanish subtitles. --Tom Keogh

This 3 button key chain size remote is for NEW 2005 (and later) garage door openers by Liftmaster. The military radio equipment, also known as "Land Mobile Radio" (LMR) operates at 315MHz,with a purple learn button on motor head under light cover . Homeowners near these military bases may experience interference to their garage door openers that can cause the garage door opener to malfunction. In order to solve such interference problems as mentioned in the FCC Public Notice, homeowners can purchase a new liftmaster garage door operator OR a Conversion kit (includes a transmitter and a receiver) that operates on a different frequency that is not used by the LMR.
WONDERFUL ITEM FOR A HARLEY DAVIDSON PARTY
When The Lords of Flatbush was released in 1974, Sylvester Stallone was still an unknown actor polishing his screenplay for Rocky, and Henry Winkler was approaching TV superstardom as "Fonzie" in the first season of Happy Days. In this modest, low-budget feature, they play second and third fiddle (respectively) to Perry King, whose respectable career, ironically, would never reach such stratospheric heights. As for their costar and diminutive fourth "Lord of Flatbush," Paul Mace appeared in only one more movie after this (Stallone's Paradise Alley), and was killed in a 1983 traffic accident at the age of 33. Such is the random nature of fame and fate.
It's easy to assume this is just another dumb redneck comedy from Burt Reynolds's years of underachievement. But it's not bad as a dumb redneck comedy at all. Directed by career stuntman Hal Needham, Smokey and the Bandit is just a goofy chase starring a bunch of Reynolds's Hollywood cronies. New to the job as film boss, Needham brings a silly but energized sensibility to the production and an action man's need to see things moving. But he also has a distinctive feeling for relationships, and he's good with a joke. Put all that together, and Smokey is, at the very least (and unlike its sequels), a simple and original pleasure. --Tom Keogh

The beauty of the South American landscape and of Gael Garcia Bernal (Y Tu Mama Tambien, Bad Education) gives The Motorcycle Diaries a charisma that is decidedly apolitical. But this portrait of the young Che Guevara (later to become a militant revolutionary) is half buddy-movie, half social commentary--and while that may seem an unholy hybrid, under the guidance of Brazillian director Walter Salles (Central Station) the movie is quietly passionate. Guevara and his friend Alberto Granado (Rodrigo de la Serna, a lusty and engaging actor) set off from Buenos Aires, hoping to circumnavigate the continent on a leaky motorcycle. They end up travelling more by foot, hitchhiking, and raft, but their experience of the land and the people affects them profoundly. No movie could affect an audience the same way, but The Motorcycle Diaries gives a soulful glimpse of an awakening social conscience, and that's worth experiencing. --Bret Fetzer
Bored, bored, bored. That's how young Keith feels about being stranded at the time-worn Mountain View Inn with his parents. Then he meets Ralph, an equally stir-crazy mouse who quickly befriends Keith and begs to ride Keith's toy motorcycle. Soon Ralph masters the tiny two-wheeler and "rrroom-zzzooms" through the hotel hallways, dodging four-legged predators, adults, and the occasional vacuum; he even risks his furry skin to help Keith recover from a high fever. Based on Beverly Cleary's famous children's novel of the same name, this 42-minute video combines live-action talent (including Ray Walston as the wise bellhop) and award-winning stop-motion animation. While the dated look of the TV movie may not appeal to kids who prefer the heart-pumping action of computer-generated favorites such as Small Soldiers, its tame plot and relatively slow pace make The Mouse and the Motorcycle a healthy choice for families with 3- to 7-year-olds. Followed by an even popular sequel, Runaway Ralph. --Liane Thomas
Like to ride in the rain, but your GPS doesn't? No problem! This waterproof bike combo will keep your GPS dry. The mount fits handlebars from .75 to 1.5 inches in diameter. The case measures 5.5 x 3.5 x 1.7 internally. This means all 4.3 inch and 3.5 inch GPS units (that's 98% of the GPS market) will fit fine. The case is zipper shut and maintains a weatherproof seal. The lens permits human touch which means that your touch screen device will work fine when inside the case. Included are a set of foam inserts to help cushion smaller GPS units and get them snug against the film so it doesn't move around. The case and the mount are easily removed. The mount is attached using a heavy duty adjustable thumbscrew attachment.
